REACH Martindale Construction Update – September 2020

Exciting things are happening at REACH Martindale! Construction has continued on our final building in Phase 1 and we are framing the second level. At this stage, the walls and roof systems are completed (collectively known as the shell or skeleton of the home). Sheathing is applied to the exterior walls and roof and windows and exterior doors are installed. Once complete, we will move on to rough ins. At this stage, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings and floors.

With only 3 units left in Phase 1, you can move in by the end of the year and celebrate Christmas in your new home!
