REACH Martindale Construction Update – October 2020

Construction is well underway over at REACH Martindale! Building 4 is coming along nicely and we are now at the rough-in stage. At this stage, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings and floors. Once complete, we will move on to insulation and exterior finishes. Insulation plays a key role in creating a more comfortable, consistent indoor climate while significantly improving a home’s energy efficiency. Exterior siding is started before insulation to protect the insulation from climate conditions.

We will be installing windows and doors to complete the outside shell so stay tuned for our next update to see how everything comes together!
