REACH Martindale Construction Update – November 2020
Cathy and Mikendra were on site this week to give everyone a live construction update! In case you missed the exciting news, Phase 2 has now started! Foundations have begun in Building 7 so stay tuned for some great pictures!
Building 4 is still progressing smoothly - we are now at the insulation and exterior finishing stage! Next up is the drywall and exterior finishes. At this stage, drywall is hung and taped, and drywall texturing is completed, and a primary coat of paint is applied. Exterior finishings such as trim, door headers and more are installed to provide an architectural flare to your home.
