Rain or shine, our team on site at REACH Martindale know how to keep the progress alive!

Exterior finishes continue in Building 7 with possessions set for the end of summer! Rough-ins have started in Building 9. Once the shell is finished, siding and roofing can be installed.  At the same time, electrical and plumbing are installed through the interior walls, ceilings and floors. Lots of action on our new buildings too! Foundations have started in Building 10 and Building 8 is not too far behind with permits now complete and footings for the foundations will start shortly!
