REACH Martindale Construction Update –December 2020
Things are moving along quickly at REACH Martindale and just in time for the holidays! Building 4 is progressing nicely with exterior cladding complete and work is getting started on the retaining wall and fencing for the backyards. Interior finishes have also started! This is where your home really starts to come together! Interior doors, baseboards, windowsills and other decorative trim are installed along with cabinets and vanities. Once complete, ceramic tile and LVP flooring are installed as well as countertops.
We only have a few quick possessions left and are now selling into Phase 2 with a few homes remaining that have 2020 possessions!
