REACH Construction Update - December Possessions!

We are excited to announce possessions in Building 4 are set for the end of this month! Lucky homeowners will get to enjoy their new home just in time for Christmas! There has also been a lot of movement on site with foundations starting in Building 7. At this stage, footings (structures where the house interfaces with the earth that supports it) are installed and the foundation walls are formed and poured. 

If you have been checking on the site, then you probably noticed Phase 2 is well underway! Starting with the waste and recycling building which is currently waiting on roof trusses. Once complete, roof shingles will be installed followed by the concrete floor.
